** Hiring Range:** $425,000 - $530,000

** Director of Endoscopy

** Lead the operations and management of our endoscopy enterprise across 5 locations while performing a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

** Provide gastroenterology consultative services with inpatient attending duties, outpatient clinical care, and patient follow-up. Collaborate closely with residents, fellows, nurses, and advanced practitioners to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

** Engage in a robust teaching role including GI attending rounds, teaching on the medical service, fellow and resident conferences, medical school lectures, and continuing education programs. Support the academic mission through mentorship and education.

* Qualifications:

*** MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Gastroenterology
* Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
* Demonstrated clinical excellence and commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring
* Experience or interest in managing endoscopy operations preferred
