Employed Optometrist – Worcester, MA – National Eye Care Associates (Target Optical)
Position:
Full‑Time Associate Optometrist.
We are looking for a board‑certified Doctor of Optometry to work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. This opportunity is available in Worcester, MA near Target Optical.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive optometric care to patients, including eye examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Maintain patient records and collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor on care plans.
- Use the full scope of practice to manage vision care services.
- Professional autonomy with full scope of practice.
- Flexible scheduling, including part‑time options.
- Office fully furnished with OD equipment.
- Scientific support with EHR software (Revolution) and pre‑testing tech, where available.
- Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system.

Qualifications & EligibilityDoctor of Optometry (OD) with state license. Ability to work within a private independent practice setting. Proven track record of patient care and professional discretion.
