A Community Health Center near Worcester Mass is seeking a seasoned and Board Certified local Primary Care Physician to join their team on a permanent contract. Due to the length of time it takes for payor creds in Mass, the FHQC facility is asking for a provider actively enrolled with Medicaid/Medicare.

• M-F, 8a-5 (two 10a-7 shifts per month)
• FP is all ages, IM is 18+
• EHR:
  Meditech
• 20-22 PPD
• site interview required
