Adjunct Faculty - Physics

Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is seeking part‑time adjunct faculty to teach classes for the Department of Physics. Positions will be filled on an as needed basis and start dates will vary by course and semester. The goal is to integrate a successful applicant into related activities at WPI with teaching assignments matched to background and availability. An ideal applicant holds an advanced degree in a related discipline with significant practical experience and has successful undergraduate or graduate teaching experience.

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses as assigned.
• Participate in related departmental activities.

• Advanced degree in physics or related discipline.
• Significant practical experience in the relevant area.
• Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.

$7,500 per course.
