Day Care Lead Teacher

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000 for new hires

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Lead and support classroom staff; provide coverage as needed.
• Plan weekly curriculum using Creative Curriculum and complete child assessments.
• Observe, document, and support children’s development.
• Partner with families through daily communication and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and program policies.
• Serve as acting director when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• EEC Director I or II certification – required.
• 3–5 years of early childhood experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in EEC or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.
