Job Summary: The Worcester Red Sox are pleased to announce the opening of Clubhouse Assistant for the 2026 baseball season. This is a part-time, seasonal position that reports directly to the Director of Team Operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to visiting and Boston Red Sox-affiliated players, coaches and staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining/cleaning both Home and Visiting Clubhouse areas on a daily basis. This also includes dugouts, bullpens, batting cages, showers, restrooms, Umpires' room, Women’s Locker Room, team family lounge, and other areas as directed.
• Transporting players to/from the airport, Fenway Park, or other locations necessary for player movement across affiliates.
• Assisting clubhouse staff with team laundry and team errands.
• Loading/unloading team gear and equipment before/after scheduled road trips. These are often late nights/early mornings and require physical labor.
• Inventory of team uniforms and equipment. This will include game attire such as jerseys, pants, helmets, baseballs, bats, etc.
• Supporting kitchen staff in the presentation and breakdown of pre and post-game meals.

• Available to work all home games at Polar Park during the 2026 season (March-September) as well as team unpacks. This includes both night and day games, weekends and some holidays.
• A detailed eye for cleanliness with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to follow direction in a timely and goal-oriented manner.
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and work late into the night/early morning.
• Prior experience working in a baseball clubhouse is preferred but not required.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
