Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality diagnostic radiographs
- Rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma
- Assist practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures and trauma.
- Perform related duties as required
- Under minimal supervision, perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.
- Provide technical support for interventional radiographic examinations.
- Assess patient condition, operate imaging equipment, prepare examination rooms, and maintain equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Perform radiographic exams on all patients, as necessary.
- Complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduate of accredited Imaging Program - Experience:
2-5 years of X-ray experience - Licensure/Certification: ARRT (R), BLS, State license if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
Associate degree - Experience:
1-3 years IR experience. - Licensure/Certification: VI or CI preferred
Compensation: $33.65 - $54.07 (Individual wages determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience).
