• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service at the pick‑up counter.
• Answer patient calls and assist with medication‑related questions.
• Support pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory.

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week.
• Rotating shifts between:
  • Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Nights: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
• Occasional Saturday shifts.
• $7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST.
• Hourly Pay Range: $21.37 – $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location).

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required).
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) – contingency start may be considered for the right candidate.
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.

This is a fully onsite role in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.
