What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
  • Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
