BHN is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to support our Community ABA program in Worcester, MA.
Shift: M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $90,000 - $95,000

The ABA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Master’s and Bachelor’s level team members as well as oversight and development of BHN ABA/IHBS services in clinics, home, and community settings.
- Assist in development and management of the ABA internship program for ABA students under supervision of the Program Director.
- Work with the Program Director to develop, implement, and modify program procedures as needed to maximize effectiveness of services to children and families.
- Participate in the development and facilitation of regular ABA team meetings.
- Provide high-quality clinical services, as well as family and collateral consultation on assigned cases consistent with relevant best practice guidelines.
- Create paperwork related to services, address relevant clinical issues; treatment plans, progress notes and goals in a timely manner according to program specifications.
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in Behavior Analysis (required)
- BCBA/LABA (required)
- Must be over the age of 21
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record and reliable car (required)
- Experience providing services to youth and families
- Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis – FBA of youth with serious emotional and behavioral issues, behavior plans and evaluations
- Able to manage flexible schedules and provide after-hours support as needed
