Key Program is seeking Overnight Awake Shift Workers in Worcester, MA for a residential program serving up to nine adolescents referred by the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF). The Shift Worker is responsible for the welfare of the children/youth during overnight hours (11pm – 8am), monitoring clients, bed checks, and implementing safety procedures.
This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $24, with additional pay for bilingual skills and our referral program.
