Food & Beverage Supervisor

This position primarily oversees all Suite/Food and Beverage operations which include making sure all suites are ready to be used. Position oversees setting up portable bars, breaking down portable bars, and assisting with monthly beverage inventory, assisting concession/warehouse needs, and assisting Banquet functions when there are limited Suite duties.  This position also oversees all suite attendants, bartenders and barbacks in the absence of the Food and Beverage Outlets Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare tasks for function rooms/arena bar settings and side work lists Other duties deemed necessary by the Director of Food & Beverage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPUTER SKILLS Knowledge of Excel and ability to learn other software QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE At least one year experience in a bar/restaurant establishment

Advanced oral and written communication skills Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility Excellent organizational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
