We are seeking a Thought Spot Analytics Engineer / Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining Thought Spot data models, creating business-facing dashboards and Live boards, managing platform administration, and enabling users to leverage self-service analytics.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with backgrounds such as Analytics Engineer, Solutions Architect, BI Consultant, BI Architect, BI/Analytics Lead Engineer, or BI Developer/Architect

- Design and build Thought Spot analytics solutions utilizing Snowflake and enterprise data warehouses.
- Configure and maintain data connections between Thought Spot and semantic/data layers.
- Create and manage joins, relationships, worksheets, formulas, and data models.
- Develop business-facing searches, answers, and Live boards to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Administer and maintain the Thought Spot platform, including user access, security, governance, and monitoring.
- Establish best practices, standards, and documentation for Thought Spot development and deployment.
- Train business users and analysts on Thought Spot functionality, advanced search capabilities, filters, formulas, and visualization customization.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable self-service analytics solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Thought Spot implementations and enhancements.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Architecture, or related fields.
- Hands‑on experience with Thought Spot
. - Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehouse architectures.
- Experience building semantic layers, data models, worksheets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data integration concepts.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other modern BI platforms.
- Background in BI architecture, enterprise reporting, or analytics consulting.
- Experience establishing governance and best practices for analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based data ecosystems.
