Electrical Engineer

Hard problems in Python don't intimidate you; they're the reason you open your laptop, which makes you our kind of Electrical Engineer. A $60,000 - $91,000 full-time role for a junior professional ready to own deliverables and grow within a high-trust team.

• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Stress-test Git Hub Actions systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Tune Git Hub Actions caching so Tech Nova Group survives the Worcester launch spike on the same hardware
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Kubernetes
• Ship incremental improvements to Tech Nova Group's Worcester platform on a regular cadence
• Wire up Python feature flags so Tech Nova Group can test on Worcester traffic risk-free
• Re-architect the technology flow so Kubernetes handles ten times Worcester's current load
• Keep Tech Nova Group's Goal Setting dependencies patched before the CVEs become incidents

• Proven gRPC judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
• 1+ years of Kubernetes reps, not just Kubernetes exposure
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Resilience measured across 1 years of technology cycles
• Willingness to commute to Worcester, MA or work flexibly as needed
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten

Tech Nova Group is a quality-focused Worcester, MA studio where Kubernetes gets treated with the seriousness most companies reserve for marketing. We measure Electrical Engineer success by problems solved, not hours logged at your Worcester, MA desk.

We answer the money question first with $60,000 - $91,000, then keep going with growth budgets, mentorship, and a flexible full-time schedule.
