PrimaryResponsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts
- Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through the funnel to closing
- Track all sales activities in Hub Spot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential
- Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, retirement financial services, and payroll and human resources outsourcing
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
- It is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have:
Sold commercial insurance for a top broker. World will enhance your expertise through the company’s training program; used an insurance agency management software platform (AMS
360, Epic) and have experience with a sales CRM (Hub Spot); and built and presented client “pitch decks” / presentations.
As a World Insurance Producer, compensation is tied to effort and performance. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, along with a full suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested. The base salary range is $80,000 to $200,000+ and depends on experience and ability to drive revenue. Base salary grows as the book of business grows, with potential to exceed the top of this range.
