Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team in Worcester, MA

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, policy renewals, claims, and updates
• Review and analyze clients’ current policies, recommending tailored coverage solutions to best fit their individual needs
• Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products, enhancing client protection and agency growth
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience
• Actively contribute to new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines policies and earning commission-based incentives
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support agency success

• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager
• Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License, preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency with agency management software;
  Applied Epic experience preferred

The salary range is $55K to $75K per year. This role is commission eligible.
