• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfers.
• Handle all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate and fiduciary matters.
• Draft and review estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex estate and tax issues.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans tailored to their unique needs.

• 5+ years of experience in trusts and estates law, including estate planning and administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey estate tax laws and regulations.
• Proven expertise in drafting estate planning documents and navigating probate processes.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.

The annual salary for this position is between $185,000 and $225,000
. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
