We are seeking an experienced attorney with a portable book of business to join our Boston-based firm. This opportunity is ideal for a practitioner looking for a collaborative platform, strong operational support, and the flexibility to grow an existing client base without unnecessary constraints.

What You'll Do:

• Continue to service and grow your existing book of business
• Leverage firm resources, infrastructure, and support staff to enhance client service
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on cross-referrals and complex matters
• Participate in firm development initiatives, as desired
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client care

What We're Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
• Established, portable book of business
• Strong client relationships and business development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach
• Commitment to quality legal work and client service
