Insurance District Sales Manager

Location: Flexible along the East Coast

Earnings: $100K–$200K typical first year · $300K–$450K for top performers

The Atlantic District is expanding and looking for a driven sales leader to manage and grow a high-performing sales operation. This is a role for someone who wants to lead a team, develop a client base, and be rewarded directly for the results they produce.

You won't be managing someone else's quota. You'll be building something: recruiting and developing your team, owning your market, and scaling your income alongside your performance.

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals

This is a 1099, commission-based position with no income ceiling, tied directly to your production and your team's. First-year earnings typically land between $100K and $200K, with top performers reaching $300K–$450K. Because compensation is fully performance-based,
the strongest candidates come in with the financial reserves to support themselves through an initial ramp-up period.
