Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

We are seeking a  
** Coating Machine Operator
** to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating coating and laminating equipment used to process film products according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

** Schedule*
* + Regular schedule: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

+ A 13% shift differential is automatically applied when working third shift.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate coating and laminating equipment according to production requirements.

+ Load raw materials using hand cranks and hydraulic lifting equipment.

+ Prepare and add silicone, non-silicone, and adhesive mixtures as required.

+ Review work orders and process specifications before production.

+ Set and adjust machine speed, tension, airflow, temperature, and threading.

+ Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure product specifications are met.

+ Enter production and inventory information into the QAD system.

+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and make machine adjustments as needed.

+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Ability to read and follow work orders and production specifications.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, and socket sets.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
