Our hospice agency is looking for a full-time marketer to join our team in Worcester County!
Company information will be disclosed during the interview. It is a salaried role up to $85,000, in addition to an incentive program. You go into the community to establish new partnerships with referral sources, such as doctors' offices, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
We are looking for a go-getter who is ready to build business and contribute to a growing agency!
Requirements:- Prior hospice, home health, or other related healthcare experience required.
- Must possess a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Develop marketing techniques and initiatives to contribute to a positive reputation and growing census
- Review market trends and implement strategic marketing plans
- Host marketing events at referral sites to contribute to a positive relationship
- Meet with potential clients and families
- Manage marketing budgets
- Make effective external marketing calls
