The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides direct clinical care before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role includes assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating care plans, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, and supporting efficient surgical workflows. The OR RN also upholds nursing professionalism and contributes to ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives.

• Graduate of a state-approved or accredited School of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
• Current CPR certification
