LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Licensed Practical Nurse – Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility

Rate:
Up to $1700.00 weekly

Worcester, MA

Day Shift (8H)

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty required.
• Experience is ambulatory clinic operations and/or surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with the EPIC EHR system
• Previous experience with suture/staple removal and rooming patients in an ambulatory setting.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• AHA BLS certification required.

• Assessing and monitoring patients to ensure their health and well-being.
• Outpatient Clinic/Urgent Care Center
• Wound Care/Wound Vac
• Wound drains/JP/Hemovac
• Simple dressing changes.
• Providing direct care such as administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and necessary care.
• Maintaining accurate patient medical records and following policies and procedures for quality patient care.
• Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice nurse, physicians.
