Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Level 3 or 4 NICU position in Massachusetts requiring a MA RN license and NRP certification.
Responsibilities
* Position is in a Level 3 or 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
* Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week (19:00-07:30)
* Patient population includes critically ill neonates
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as per unit needs
* Must live at least 200 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
* Scrub color and dress code will be provided upon assignment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team specializing in neonatal critical care
Requirements
* Active MA RN license required (conditional license accepted)
* Minimum of 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU experience required
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
* Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system required
* Must provide two professional references, one from a Nurse Manager or higher
* Cannot have prior disciplinary actions on nursing license
* Must pass a pass/fail EKG test
