Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurse - Home Health Care
BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time or part‑time Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional medical care through home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Worcester and surrounding towns. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required; prior home health care experience is not required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts

- Base Pay: $58.00 – $65.00 per point depending on qualifications, plus quarterly bonus opportunities
