• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes

• Valid license Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
• 1 year of experience in home health care required
• 1-2 years of experience as a licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
