Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our leadership team. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting staff education and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader to grow within a supportive and respected organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Nursing in managingעת nursing department operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional разоб growth and performance.
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality care consistent with regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, orientation, and ongoing training.
  • Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Act as a resource and leader for nursing staff in clinical decision‑making and problem‑solving.
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the State of Massachusetts (required).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing management or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
  • Strong understanding of DPH, CMS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, team‑oriented, and resident‑focused approach to care.
