About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the clients home. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities, all while maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
