Hospice LPN

The Jewish Health Care Center is one of New England’s most respected Health Care facilities, providing innovative long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, hospice services, and Alzheimer’s care to the community since 1916.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Hospice LPN to join our team of caring professionals.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

M-F 8:30am to 5pm, with rotating weekends

$2000 Sign on Bonus!

As a JHC Hospice LPN, you will be valued as a significant member of our team. We are seeking a person of integrity with great interpersonal skills, professional appearance and excellent bedside manner. Experience in hospice preferred, but we will also consider candidates who possess the interpersonal and nursing skills to deliver the excellence in quality care that we are known for.

MA LPN certification required

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for reasonable local travel required

Knowledge/experience in hospice preferred

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously in the field

Comfort level with electronic documentation

Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
