We are seeking an experienced
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is not an entry-level role—you should be comfortable managing complex cases independently while working within a team-based care model.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and manage mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide medication management, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Provide care via both in-person and telehealth settings
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Provide TMS and Spravato treatment for patients. Willing to teach but preferred to have.
• Precept students and contribute to clinical education (optional but valued)

• Active PMHNP license and Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 3+ years of psychiatric Nurse Practitioner clinical experience (PMHNP) - REQUIRED
• Experience with substance use disorders and MAT
• DATA 2000 Waiver (X-waiver) or willingness to obtain
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
• Comfort with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

• BILINGUAL-SPANISH/PORTUGUESE
• Experience in community mental health or integrated care
• Leadership or clinical lead experience
