Licensed Practical Nurse

Locations: Longmeadow, Beverly, New Bedford, Weymouth, Newton, Lexington, and Northampton, Massachusetts

Pride Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time opportunities across multiple locations in Massachusetts. This is a flexible opportunity for licensed professionals who are looking for weekday, weekend, night, or on-call shifts based on their availability.

• Weekday: $40–$46/hour

• Weekday shifts
• Night shifts
• On-call shifts

Candidates can choose from available shifts based on their schedule and availability.

• Provide nursing care to patients/residents according to established care plans and nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the scope of practice.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Identify and report changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with ongoing patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned within the LPN scope of practice.

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification
• 1 yr Previous LPN experience preferred.(will consider 6 or more months too)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the selected shifts based on availability.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
