Harris Lawn & Landscape is looking for motivated detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working outdoors to join our growing
Snow & Ice Management Division.We offer top paid wages with weekly checks. Plenty of hours with opportunity for growth.

We provide essential emergency snow and ice removal services to our commercial clients to a high standard. Do you have what it takes to join one of our sidewalk crews?

Open Positions Include

• Shoveler / Snowblower
• Operating Sidewalk Machine (similar experience required)

Sidewalk Team Responsibilities

• Pre/Post use inspection of trucks & equipment.
• Snow removal of sidewalks with professional snow blowers and shovels.
• Ice management of sidewalks with salt products.
• Monitoring of sites to ensure safe conditions.
• Communicate with other teams and route manager throughout storm.
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment and small repairs in the field as needed.

The right candidate will have the following

• Have the flexibility to work around the weather, including rain, snow & ice.
• Have the ability to work long hours, including irregular hours. Nights, weekends and overtime will be required.
• Understand the importance of quality of work and have the attention to detail to provide this.
• Willingness to collaborate and step up as a leader.
• Willingness to communicate openly with direct employees and managers.
• Ability to meet company cleanliness standards and monitor the quality of work.

Other requirements include

• Valid drivers license and clean record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• MA DOT card or the ability to obtain one.
• Applicants with military experience encouraged to apply.

This is an on-call seasonal position.Must be willing to be on call 24/7 - working during inclement weather, to include weekends and holidays.
