Role Description

This is an on‑site full‑time role based in Worcester, MA, where you will work as a Real Estate Agent as part of our growing team. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will utilize our extensive real‑estate database and marketing tools to deliver exceptional service to clients while achieving personal and team sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property with a passion for the industry
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales to build and maintain client relationships
  • Familiarity with Real Estate Development processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach and attention to detail in meeting client needs
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and real‑estate databases is advantageous
