Concession Supervisor

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation and alcoholic beverage laws Ensure state and local health requirements are met for food handlers and alcoholic beverage servers Assists with opening, closing and employee check in duties.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE Basic working knowledge of Concession/Cafeteria Operations Basic working knowledge of Cash Handling Procedures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in order to assure compliance with company service standards

Ability to observe customers for determining whether service of alcohol is appropriate in light of local ABC laws Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
