Job DescriptionTo assist in the general smooth running of the bar/restaurant. Ensuring that staff are doing their job correctly, covering for the Landlord in his absence, ensuring that stock levels are correctly maintained. Experience preferred but full ongoing training can be provided including personal licence, cellar management and health and safety.
