• - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service during breakfast hours and banquet events
• - Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
• - Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• - Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and banquet areas
• - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all service functions
• - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• - Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and hotel policies

• - Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• - Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and during banquet events as needed
• - Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
