Part-Time Bakery Teammates

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment to include preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products.
• Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times; smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards at all times.
• Assist and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders.
• Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils.
• Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations, maintain a neat and clean workstation, and be familiar with state and corporate safety standards.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Exposure to Cold Environment – Occasional 1-3 Hours
• Exposure to Hot Environment – Constant 5-8 Hours
• Lifting Constant 5-8 Hours up to 50 lbs
• Lifting Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 100 lbs
• Pivoting Constant 5-8 Hours
• Pushing/Pulling Constant 5-8 Hours up to 75 lbs
• Pushing/Pulling Frequent 3-5 Hours up to 50 lbs
• Pushing/Pulling Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 2400 lbs
