Stocking, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Summary
At Imperial, we sell, distribute, and service General Merchandise, Seasonal Products, and Health/Beauty/Wellness Products to our customers. As a Receiver, you will unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or carts either manually or using pallet jacks or forklifts, check receiving documents and put away receiving into bulk area.
Warehouse experience is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Unload trucks.
- Perform detailed checks against receiving documents.
- Perform receiving procedure via RF Scanner.
- Put away receiving into bulk area.
- Operate forklift equipment and pallet jacks.
- Notifies supervisor of equipment malfunction.
- Pallet configuration.
- Count and record pallet counts.
- Meets productivity and accuracy standard.
- Possible floater to other Imperial warehouses.
- Clean work area.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions.
- Previous experience helpful, one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
