Compensation:

Salary is based on experience plus uncapped commission.

Employee plan and equipment discounts

• Lead and motivate a team of store managers
• Coach and train to develop and world class store management team
• Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations
• Assist with inventory maintenance
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals

• At least one year multi location retail management experience in sales or customer service, wireless experience preferred.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Stand for long periods of time
• Complete all paperwork completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Work in other locations as the needs of the business
