Job DescriptionAre you a go-getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, great for those who want control over their time and earnings.
Responsibilities- Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
- Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts

Compensation for Xplor Pay Direct Sales position offers health benefits, 401K match and is a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component

Required qualifications for this role:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

- Location:
Fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and can be in the field of your team region
