Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Fitchburg, MA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any operational or logistical issues. The responsibilities include account maintenance, identifying client needs, developing customized solutions, and meeting sales objectives. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications- Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in problem-solving, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and managing client expectations
- Highly organized with an attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively across functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
