This role is full‑time, in‑office at Worcester County, MA. We offer a base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 a year, plus profit sharing ($10K–$20K annually) and a benefits package that includes medical, vision, 401(k) and disability insurance.

• Serve as the main contact for 10–15 key accounts
• Own day‑to‑day communication with assigned customers, primarily via email
• Manage inbound RFQs, bids, and commercial questions for assigned accounts
• Review bid packages and decide which opportunities to quote or decline
• Coordinate with purchasing to source material and confirm availability
• Build accurate quotes that balance margin goals and competitiveness
• Interpret customer material specifications using training and internal resources
• Send timely quotes, order confirmations, and revised documentation
• Provide proactive order status updates and resolve account issues
• Maintain organized account records in Outlook, ERP, and shared files
• Partner with outside sales and operations to support account projects
• Join occasional customer visits or industry conferences as needed

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service‑related experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, materials, or other spec‑driven environments required
• Experience working with technical specifications or engineered products required
