What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a self‑motivated and enthusiastic
Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the insurance industry. Whether you’re new to insurance or have some experience, we’re excited to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals!

What You’ll Do:
  • You’ll be joining our Account Management team and being the first point of contact for all new and existing customers.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails and texts regarding policies.
  • Provide clients with policy details.
  • Assist with policy changes, inspections, and cancellations.
  • Respond to billing inquiries.
  • Process client payments and follow up on pending payments.
  • Document all transactions in our internal client database.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a FAST‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable being on the phone for the majority of your day.
  • Ability to prioritize your work every day and complete top priorities on time.
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback relating to your performance.
  • Must have a very friendly, positive, and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to be at work in the office Monday‑Friday on‑time. Consistent work history with relatable skills.
  • Prior insurance experience is preferred but NOT required.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, based on work history. Opportunities for multiple bonuses throughout the year are available.
