Outside Sales Representative

DiLeo Gas, a family‑run business, has been serving Central Massachusetts for over 30 years by providing reliable and affordable propane services. The company is known for its dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, including 24/7 emergency support. DiLeo Gas offers propane delivery for a variety of needs, such as indoor and outdoor cooking, residential and commercial heating, hot water, fireplace inserts, pool heating, and generators.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team for our location in Orange, MA which will also be servicing southern New Hampshire. This is a full‑time position responsible for driving new business development, building client relationships, and presenting tailored propane service solutions to customers. The role involves conducting sales presentations, identifying customer needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate the value of products and services to potential customers
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service to establish trust and maintain long‑term partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and foster positive interactions
• Experience and expertise in New Business Development to identify opportunities and acquire new customers
• Strong organizational skills and a goal‑oriented mindset to meet sales objectives
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable with onsite client visits
• Previous experience in sales, propane services, or a related field is a plus
