Leadership Associate

Mindset Marketing is hiring a full-time Leadership Associate to support our AT&T campaign throughout the Worcester area. This Leadership Associate role is built for motivated individuals who want to be challenged, contribute to team performance, and develop the skills that support long-term success in sales, leadership, and business.

As a Leadership Associate, you'll be expected to contribute from day one. You'll work directly with customers in retail environments, support sales objectives, and help execute the daily activities that drive business performance. Every Leadership Associate plays a role in maintaining high standards, supporting team goals, and helping the business continue to grow.

• Represent AT&T professionally in retail locations throughout the Worcester area
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support sales growth
• Take ownership of individual performance and daily sales objectives
• Execute customer acquisition activities that contribute to overall business results
• Maintain accurate records and follow-through throughout the sales process
• Support campaign initiatives and business goals through consistent execution
• Collaborate with fellow Leadership Associate team members to maintain performance standards
• Participate in ongoing Leadership Associate coaching and development sessions
