As a Retail Security Officer
, you will be the first line of defense in protecting shoppers, employees, and property within the mall. You’ll provide a visible, professional presence, assist with emergencies, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the mall interior and exterior.
• Deter criminal activity through high‑visibility presence.
• Monitor surveillance systems and access control.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and disturbances.
• Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and staff.
• Enforce mall policies and support lost & found efforts.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to complete all pre‑employment requirements prior to starting.
