• Surveillance:
  Monitor security cameras and patrol premises for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Access Control:
  Enforce access policies, verify identification, issue visitor passes, and restrict entry to authorized personnel.
• Emergency Response:
  Respond promptly to alarms, medical emergencies, fires, or criminal activity; report incidents to law enforcement as needed.
• Incident Reporting:
  Document and report incidents, breaches, or safety concerns in detailed reports for follow‑up.
• Patrolling:
  Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to ensure all areas are secure and check doors, windows, and gates for tampering.
• Customer Service:
  Greet visitors and employees, provide directions, and answer inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Safety Inspections:
  Inspect premises for fire risks and other hazards that could compromise safety.
• Conflict Resolution:
  Handle minor disputes or disturbances using conflict resolution skills to maintain a calm environment.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with other security staff, law enforcement, or emergency responders to coordinate security efforts.

• Excellent observational and de‑escalation skills; remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; work closely with global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Intermediate computer skills.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Proficient English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
