• Tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend efficient solutions

• Support inventory and production areas with facility upkeep

• Read blueprints, follow work orders, and complete hands‑on repair projects

• Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication tasks

• Keep exterior grounds clean and safe (walkways, lots, etc.)

• Collaborate with other departments and assist with R&D tasks when needed

• Use project management tools to track and prioritize work

• Order materials and provide cost estimates when required

• ✅ Maintenance, construction, or general labor experience

• ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools safely

• ✅ Comfortable with hands‑on tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs

• ✅ High School Diploma or GED

• ✅ Must be 21+ years old

• ✅ A team‑first mindset and strong attention to detail

• Have experience with PVC, ABS, and PEX piping

• Know your way around non‑welded steel assembly

• Are tech‑savvy with digital project management tools
