First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.

• Change members lives through safe and effective exercise programming.
• Train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
• Develop and lead a variety of group fitness classes.
• Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
• Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
• Work full-time in a fun environment.

• An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
• Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
• Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
• Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
• A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
• Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
• CPR/AED certification.

• Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 with additional earning potential through Personal Training

Schedule will vary Monday - Friday, NO Weekends
