As a Temporary On Call Snow Removal / Heavy Equipment Operator (Bargaining Unit, Local Union No. 25) at Worcester Regional Airport, you are a resilient and dependable snowplow driver partnering with us on our mission of keeping our airport safe and operational, no matter the weather.

• You are the guardian of runways, roadways, and walkways, ensuring they remain clear and secure for travelers.
• You are on call around the clock, including holidays and weekends.
• You have prior snow removal experience (plus), but your unwavering commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in challenging conditions are equally valued.

• Perform snow removal and maintenance tasks (plowing, shoveling, scraping, sanding) on walkways, roadways, runways, and taxiways.
• Access and utilize plowing equipment provided by Massport, located at the airport.

• Flexible availability to work in various weather conditions, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Current and valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
